Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, washed and trimmed
2 T organic half & half
1 T butter
1/8 tsp sea salt
Steam cauliflower in steamer basket placed in a heavy pot with a little water in the bottom of pot. Steam for 20 to 30 minutes, until tender. Remove cauliflower from steamer basket, pour off excess water from pot and place cauliflower back in pot. Add remaining ingredients and adjust quantities if desired. Use an immersion blender to puree or place cauliflower in food processor. Enjoy as a side dish or use in place of mashed potatoes for Shepherd’s Pie.
