Ingredients
10-15 medium size strawberries, rinsed and dried
1 large bag of dark chocolate morsels
Pour chocolate morsels into large glass bowl and microwave for 1 minute, stir with a spatula and microwave in 15 second increments, stirring after each time, until chocolate is melted. Working quickly, hold each strawberry by its stem and dip in the melted chocolate, laying each strawberry on a piece of wax paper or silpat silicone baking sheet to prevent sticking. Place finished strawberries in refrigerator for a few hours to harden. Can place in freezer if short on time.
