January 20-April 7, 2010
As a Certified Nutrition Consultant in her own private practice and the host of “Dee-Lish Nutrish” Cooking Show, Dee Merritt will be on hand every Wednesday from 6-8 pm at Algonquin Regional High School in Northboro, Massachusetts, providing knowledge, support, guidance and encouragement to contestants looking to lose weight and reclaim their health and vitality. Having personally struggled with weight issues and now successfully maintaining her weight loss for over twenty years, Dee understands the confusion and frustration many face as they try time and time again to lose weight once and for all, disappointed when they aren't able to keep off the lost pounds, eventually gaining the weight back, sometimes ending up heavier than when they started. Dee will be sharing her tips for success, offering easy, family friendly recipes and facilitating individual and small group coaching. She will also be speaking on February 3rd about what to eat to generate weight loss, banish cravings, improve mood, lift depression, boost energy, balance hormones, sharpen focus, and help you look and feel fabulous. End the confusion and frustration as you learn what to eat and get out of the “diet cycle” so that you can maintain your weight loss and enjoy your new, healthy lifestyle long term— living your best, most dynamic life possible. Dee will also be offering private, one on one nutrition counseling as well as small group coaching. For more information about the Biggest Loser Northboro / Southboro Program click here.
