Ingredients
6 carrots, peeled and cut into 2 inch chunks
2 onions, sliced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
3 pound Beef Pot Roast
½ C water
Put vegetables in bottom of Crock Pot. Add meat and water. Add salt and pepper, sprinkling over meat. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or 5-6 hours on high. Serve with salad, green vegetable or sweet potatoes.
